Terms of Service for triptipp.org

1. Scope & marketplace modality

Triptipp.org acts as a technology platform facilitating the exchange of travel information. Triptipp may allow users ("Authors") to offer access to specific content for a fee. Triptipp is not a party to the transaction between the Author and the Buyer; we act solely as an intermediary and marketplace facilitator.

2. User-generated content (UGC)

2.1. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post. You warrant that you own all rights to said content.

2.2. No verification

Triptipp does not pre-screen or validate the accuracy or safety of user-generated content.

2.3. License

By posting, you grant Triptipp a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display your content.

3. Paid content and financial terms

3.1. Marketplace transactions

Authors may set prices for their content. By purchasing, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive license to view the content.

3.2. Commissions and fees

Triptipp reserves the right to charge a service fee (commission) on every transaction. The specific commission rate will be displayed at the time of the transaction or in the Author's dashboard.

3.3. Taxes

Authors are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes related to their sales on the Platform.

3.4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the information, all sales are final. Triptipp does not provide refunds for purchased content unless required by law or due to technical failure of the Platform.

4. Administration rights and moderation

4.1. Right to moderate

Triptipp reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor, hide, or delete any content without prior notice.

4.2. Account termination

Triptipp may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason.

4.3. No justification

The administration is not required to provide explanations for moderation actions. Decisions are final.

5. Technical disclaimers & limitation of liability

5.1. Mapping APIs

Triptipp uses third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox). We are not liable for their inaccuracies or outages.

5.2. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triptipp is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or personal injury resulting from using information found on the Platform. All travel is at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Triptipp's registration.
